We recommend machine washing your pajamas in cold water with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on a low setting. For best results and to extend the longevity of your pajamas, hang them to dry.
Your pajamas have been pre-washed, so they're true to size and should not shrink. However drying your pajamas on a high heat setting in the dryer may cause them to shrink.
Orders
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we're unable to change or cancel orders once they're placed. Please confirm that order details and shipping information are correct prior to placing an order.

Shipping within the United States will typically cost $10 (UPS Ground), $25 (UPS 2nd Day) or $50 (UPS Next Day). We offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $200.

Since we're a small business that's just starting out, we don't currently ship internationally. If you'd like us to ship internationally in the future, please submit a request to support@shannonsleepwear.com.

No, unfortunately UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Email hello@shannonsleepwear.com with your order number, the item you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason.
Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
Nope! Returns and exchanges are free within the U.S. when you use our prepaid label.
Yes! Exchanges are always free. Tell us what size or color you’d like and we’ll ship a replacement once your original item is on its way back.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, anything showing signs of wear can’t be accepted.
No. Please request a return first so we can approve it and send you the correct label. Packages sent without authorization may be refused.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card, it may take a few extra days to post.
